These are the booking terms and policies of LOR Trading and Investment Co., Ltd., operator of Thiên Ý. They apply to stays booked through Hue Within.

Welcome to Thiên Ý — Huế Citadel Villas & Hotel.
A few simple guidelines to help you, your fellow guests, and our team enjoy this special place together. Please read them when you arrive and sign below.
The villa is your home for the stay
Treat the rooms, furnishings, and art as you would treat your own home. Everything you see has been chosen with care.
Quiet hours
Out of respect for other villas and our neighbours in the Citadel, please keep noise to a gentle level between 22:00 and 07:00.
Smoking
The villas and all indoor common areas are non-smoking. Smoking is welcome on the outdoor terraces and garden areas. A cleaning and remediation fee of VND 5,000,000 applies if smoking damage is found inside.
Children
Children are very welcome. We ask that parents and guardians keep an eye on them around the pool, the bridge, and the historical art pieces. Most areas are not childproofed; please be vigilant.
Pool
The pool is available throughout your stay. There is no lifeguard. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Glassware is not permitted in the pool area for safety.
Visitors
Day visitors are welcome by prior arrangement with reception. For the privacy of all guests, we cannot accept walk-in visitors after 21:00.
Pets
Pets are not permitted, with the exception of registered assistance animals. Please let us know in advance if this applies to you.
Food and beverage
In-villa dining and our private chef service are available with advance notice — usually 24 hours. Outside food is welcome at the villa; we ask that you do not consume it in the common dining areas unless arranged with us.
Energy and water
Huế is hot. Please feel free to use the air conditioning as you wish while you are in the villa, but we appreciate when guests turn it down when they go out for a few hours. Same for lights and water — we are a small property in a historical area, and small care goes a long way.
Cultural sensitivity
The Imperial Citadel is a UNESCO World Heritage site. Some areas of the villa contain reproductions and antiques inspired by Nguyễn dynasty design. Please treat them with respect, and please do not remove any item from the villa.
Safety
A safe is provided in each villa for valuables. The Property is not responsible for items left outside the safe. Please lock your villa when you go out — your key is your responsibility.

On departure
Please return your villa key to reception. Check-out is by 11:00. If you’d like a later departure, ask us in advance — we are happy to arrange when possible.
Damages
We trust our guests. In the unlikely event of damage, we will discuss with you openly before charging anything. Reasonable wear and tear is on us; significant damage is on the guest.
